It's been a great option for you for maybe if you're going out on a job and you to carry any lumber or ladders, you're gonna be able to do that. Or if you're gonna use it for recreational uses like hauling a kayak too, it's also gonna provide you a lot more space in your bed. So let's take a closer look at it, and this is gonna be made up of three parts. The first one is gonna be that Yakima HD 68 inch crossbar, and that's gonna connect to your Yakima legs or towers. How's it going neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com and we're taking a look at the Malone TradeSport on our 2022 Toyota Tacoma. A cargo system is gonna help you on the back of your truck to increase the ability of things that you can carry, maybe things that are even longer than the length of your bed, especially having a shorter box like on our Tacoma here today. So you're able to put lumber, ladders, PVC pipe, taking advantage of the load stops at the top. In general, you can use it also for recreational items as long as your accessories work along with it, like kayak carriers or cargo boxes. The TradeSport is made of aluminum, so that's gonna give you corrosion resistance as well as being lightweight at the same time, having a very sturdy 800 pound capacity, allowing you to transport whatever you need on the back of your vehicle. As far as the kit that you have here, it is specific for the Toyota, but it is a universal kit. more

This is gonna be a really nice option for you if you plan on hauling a lot of deer in the back of your truck. It's really gonna open up a lot of space because whether if you wanna put any accessories on top of here, anything like ski carriers or snowboard carriers, or if you wanna put a rooftop tent in the back, you're gonna have that option too. Now if you wanna put ladders or anything longer like that, keep in mind when you are putting 'em in here, you're gonna be very limited on space because of how high this ladder rack system sits. Hey neighbors, this is Ed here with etrailer.com and we're taking a look at the Yakima BedRock HD on the back of our 2023 Toyota Tacoma. Let's check it out. The BedRock HD is actually a really solid system for the bed of your truck. When you're not loaded, it's gonna be minimally invasive to your rear window, so you'll be able to see pretty well without having any type of blockage from the bars unloaded. However, loaded, it helps you get a lot more storage space out of the bed of your truck. And if you're using it for transporting ladders or other things, we have integrated hooks on the end, well, spaces for the hooks, to use the Yakima HD hook strap that will clamp in one side and the other and you'd be able to ratchet it down. more

Kuat Ibex Adjustable Overland Truck Bed Rack Review - 2016 GMC Sierra 2500- Video
Hi, everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Kuat IBEX Truck Bed Rack and seeing how it fits on our 2016 GMC Sierra 2500. So the IBEX is going to be somewhat adjustable giving you in the initial setup process when you get it out of the box, two height settings, the low profile which we have it in here, or the regular height which would be pretty much level with the roof of your vehicle. Personally on this truck, I don't love the low profile look. If you're going to be mounting up something like a tent it is a little bit more helpful to have it closer to the ground, but you are gonna be doing things like sacrificing that back window quite a bit and it just makes it harder to access your truck bed underneath. more

Hi, Matt with etrailer and today we're gonna be talking about the Yakima OutPost HD Truck Bed Rack on the 2023 Jeep Gladiator. This is gonna be a great option if you really wanna utilize all the space within your bed and then some more. You can put up some roof boxes or baskets or even a tent up top just so if you don't wanna reach over your roof to kind of pull anything off. So it'll be a great option if you wanna go over landing as well. This is a pretty heavy duty rack, it's actually constructed from aluminum, but it's still gonna have the ability that withstand 500 pounds on-road and 300 pounds off-road. Our HD crossbars are gonna be 68 inches and that's gonna fit really nicely on the Gladiator 'cause it's pretty flush with the vehicle. more

Right now we have this system working with our 78 inch crossbars, which gives us a good amount of room here, but it's still not gonna be enough that it exceeds the overall width of the vehicle. It stays within the mirrors, so as long as you know that your mirrors are getting clear wherever you're going through, the crossbars are clear as well. Hi everyone. Aiden here at eTrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima Outpost HD truck bed rack with the 60 inch crossbars. This is going to be a fixed mid-height truck bed rack. So, with that mid-height, it's not gonna extend too far above the cab, but it's also going to leave a little bit of room underneath so you can still get into the bed if you need it. This mid-height lends itself really well to things like rooftop tents because we don't need it super up tall. more

Yakima OutPost HD Overland Truck Bed Rack Installation - 2022 Ford Maverick- Video
Hi everyone. Aiden here at eTrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima Outpost HD truck bed rack and seeing how it installs on our 2022 Ford Maverick. This is going to be a mid height rack with a fixed mounting point. So it's a fixed height, no adjusting it but it's gonna make it a really nice height for something like a rooftop tent, maybe a basket or a platform because it sits just below the cab, so not too tall. We're not adding a lot of height to our vehicle but it still does sit elevated from the truck bed. more

Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer. And today we have a Yakima OverHaul HD adjustable ladder rack. We're gonna take a look at how it fits right here on our 2023 GMC Sierra 3500. So this includes the 68-inch long crossbars as well as the base. You're gonna use the normal kit, which just has the clamps to go around your truck bed. If you do have a tonneau cover though, there is a separate version that works with tonneau covers. more

Hey, it's Ethan here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at, showing you how to install the Yakima Outpost HD truck bed rack on our 2022 Nissan Frontier. This is going to be a good option for you if you do overlanding a lot and you need somewhere for your tent to go or if you just wanna mix and match some accessories different things that you want to get off of your bed but still have access to, 'cause it doesn't sit too high it's gonna be able to support up to 500 pounds on road but it also has an off-road rating of 300 pounds, has a ton of cool features so let's check it out. First thing we'll take a look at are these crossbars. So the HD is for heavy duty which these crossbars definitely are, they're rugged at the top here you can see that it does have a T track slot for your accessories. You can put load stops in or accessories, clamps, things like that. more

Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer and today we'll be taking a look at how the Yakima OutPost HD truck bed ladder rack sits on our 2023 GMC Sierra 3500. This is gonna be a fixed ladder rack system where you don't really get much height but you get a lot of stability and you still have extra cargo space. So good if you wanna open up your truck bed for other items. You want something that works with your toolbox but you also need to carry around maybe kayak, ladders or truck bed tent. This Sierra 3500 has the eight foot bed so you could definitely get away with a lower fixed rack system like this. If you have the shorter bed with the toolbox you might want to go over the cab, in that case definitely check out the Yakima OverHaul HD instead. more

Hey it's Ethan here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Yakima OverHaul HD truck bed ladder rack on our 2022 GMC Sierra 1500. It is adjustable so you can accommodate some different heights, but it's a great way to get some longer larger loads on top of your truck, whether that be ladders, whether that be some sports and rec things like kayaks, skis, snowboards, anything that you wanna get on your crossbars here, we can do that. It's got a weight capacity of 500 pounds, but it's also rated for off-road usage but that's gonna drop your weight capacity down to 300 pounds. It's really modular, it's really nice to work with, so let's check it out. For our set up we have 78 inch heavy duty crossbars on here. more

This is gonna be a great option for you if you work in an industry where maybe you have to bring larger, longer loads with you more frequently, like ladders or lumber, or maybe on the sports and rec side of things, you wanna get a kayak up on your truck or you can lower it down in the case of the Xsporter so it can be more aerodynamic and you're gonna have more options of what you wanna load up in there. Let's check it out. This rack is able to support up to 450 pounds so it can hold a lot of weight, depending on what you wanna get on here. It's also super easy to adjust, which is kind of what sets it apart. more

Thule Xsporter Pro Adjustable Height Truck Bed Ladder Rack Review- Video
Hey everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer and today we have the Thule Xsporter Pro Truck Bed Ladder Rack. This ladder rack can be used in conjunction with your Toyota Tacoma's truck rails. So that's because this has a specific clamp that fits into the rails and that way, you can get that secure fit, you can lock things tight without having to get an unapproved adapter. This is going to be an adjustable height ladder rack, meaning you can move this up and down to match either your roof rack or whatever cargo needs clearing inside of your truck bed. Hi everyone, Aiden here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install this Yakima BedRock HD Truck Rack System on our 2022 Ford Maverick. So this is gonna be a pretty unique system. It's a good way to get some extra storage up above your truck bed, especially if you don't wanna mess with something like a ladder rack. Ladder racks are generally more expensive but also just a lot taller and especially if you don't get an adjustable ladder rack everything's gonna be pretty much designed for a mid-size or a full size pickup and it's maybe gonna look a little goofy on the Maverick and b, a little bit too tall for most accessories. Something like this gets it down really low and really manageable so if you've got something like a bike rack or a basket here for some extra storage, it's gonna be easy to reach and set up. more

Hey everybody, welcome to etrailer.com, I'm Bobby, and today we're taking a look at the Yakima BedRock truck bed rack system here on our 2020 Toyota Tundra. So this is gonna be a pretty cool way of really starting to maximize your guys' bed space that you have on the back of your truck by allowing you to go ahead and throw some of your cargo or other kinds of accessories here on the top of your bed, gaining you access to lead that bulky cargo underneath it. And again, just giving you a little bit more of a better cargo management system. What's gonna be excellent about these guys, we are only on a nice HD bar set, giving us very good support here, making it really solid and sturdy I really do like these HD bars you guys are probably seeing on that end, too. And nice little tie-off point to go ahead, start securing all of our cargo as well and we can kinda just use that to hold some of our bigger, bulkier cargo, which is really nice. Now the bars themselves are gonna be made of aluminum, however, it has a really good support structure throughout the entirety of it. more

Now, this is gonna be a good way to put some bars up on the bed of your truck so you don't have to reach up onto the roof. You can put them right here. It's more low profile and it's not a permanent thing, so it's very easy to just unclamp them and remove them when you don't need them, or put them on when you do need them, and still be able to use that bed. So what we're gonna do in this video is just go over some of the features of these bars and also just go and show you how it interacts with the vehicle specifically. Also, I'm gonna go ahead, show you how to install them and give you my 2 cents about this product. So we did pick the 68 inch bars for our Tacoma truck bed and it does fit pretty nicely. There are some longer ones we could get, but as you can see we don't have a whole lot of overhang and it just seems to be the best fit for this vehicle here. more

What's up, everybody It's AJ with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna be checking out the Yakima BedRock System on our 2021 Ford Ranger. This is gonna be a good thing to add crossbars to the tops of your bed with these clamps, so it's not a permanent insulation, you can move it when you don't want them on there, but you can carry your bikes up here. You can put a cargo basket up here, kind of maximize that bed space and then still leave some things down here in the bed, like a cooler or whatever else you're loading down here.
